again of Bastille n Grenoble

The last weekend, FINALLY I have a visitor from Suisse. Haha, She is Siwei, now studying in St Galland, Suitzerland, and she came down to grenoble to see me :)

Her arrival was pushed backward one day due to the strike and she had to go to Paris before coming down to Grenoble. So she stayed one night in Paris and wad a twist of events. Strange enough, she actually knows Val, and her friend knows yanghan, and she stayed in yanhan’s house in Paris too... so qiao…later i know from sh tad andi also stayed at yh's place, haha

The night she arrived, it happened to be siewsze’s birthday surprise, which turned out as not very suprising, but anyway everyone had a great time squeezing into her little 9m2 room… can just imagine there were about 14+ people in her room with the smell of KFC, it was the first time I experience warmth (heat) in grenoble… we had to open the windows to feel less stuffy.. now the weather here is unpredictable, ranging from -10 to ~6 degree celcius… btw, it has stopped snowing since that day…but the alps are already covered with snow, and from far, this looks gorgeous… Later we played pingpong at Condillac residence, very late into the night, around 12+ am, we had to walk up the hill back to rabot again…

Seriously, there is nothing much in grenoble to see or do things, and I felt quite paiseh as the only scenic thing here is the bastille. Siwei n I went up to Bastille to get the panoramic view… haha it was the 4^th time I m up here, and each time it looks and feel different, guess the different company is also what makes it different. This time, everywhere is foggy, and the wind is colder and stronger, grenoble seemed more gloomy now, but it was always refreshing to stand at the highest point of the city…We then went back to rabot for lunch, our tuna pasta dish turned out surprisingly good… we went to musee de Dauphinois, some museum which didn’t interest me much, probably cos we didnt stay for too long inside…
